Guustaaf Damave, born in the Netherlands, has had a diverse and creative journey throughout his life.
Growing up as
the son of renowned Dutch painter Poppe Damave, he was exposed to the world of art from an early age.
Passionate about various artistic pursuits, Guustaaf explored photography, guitar playing, audio
engineering, and electronics. These interests fueled his curiosity and desire to delve into the realms of
both technical and creative fields.
After attending the Netherlands Film Academy, Guustaaf honed his skills in directing through his work with
VPRO, a Dutch public broadcasting organization. This experience allowed him to express his creativity and
storytelling abilities through visual media.
In 1992, Guustaaf embarked on a new chapter by relocating to the United States. As an entrepreneur, he
ventured into the music industry, specializing in music import and distribution. This endeavor enabled him
to share his passion for music with a wider audience.
With an ever-evolving world, Guustaaf recognized the significance of web development and its potential to
shape the digital landscape. He immersed himself in this field, applying his technical acumen and creative
mindset to create engaging online experiences.
In 2016, Guustaaf moved to Taiwan, where he established Elixonic, a venture that
harnessed his expertise and innovative thinking. Through Elixonic, he pursued his vision of combining
technology and wellness, making positive contributions to people's lives.
